I absolutely adored the pineapple theme! The front desk staff were super helpful, guiding us on using public transport to avoid costly parking fees.

During my stay, I appreciated the free shuttle to downtown, making it easy to explore the area without worrying about parking. As a single traveler, I found the convenience of borrowing one of the complimentary bicycles to be a rewarding way to see the neighborhood.

I noticed that the on-site restaurant was not open for dinner, which limited dining options in the evening. The continental breakfast was basic and could have included more variety.

However, the small room felt cramped, and there was a real noise issue, especially hearing neighbors through the thin walls. Additionally, a cleanliness concern arose when something unpleasant was found between the couch cushions, though the staff did follow up afterward.
